Double Fermentation Excursion 2024

The second excursion of the sequence was again directed to the capital region, this time to Enifer and Fat Lizard. We set off from Hervanna around nine.
We arrived at Enifer around eleven. At first, we listened to a presentation about Enifer's activities, and tasted Pekilo at our own risk (it tasted really good!). In the form of a laboratory tour, we also got to know Enifer's operations more practically.
From there, we moved on to Otaniemi for lunch, and got to know the Aalto University Chemists' Guild.
The last destination of the day was the Fat Lizard brewery near Aalto University. After the product tastings, we learned a lot about the operation of the brewery during the tour.
After the tour, we headed back towards Hervanta, where we arrived at seven in the evening. Where are we going next?
